Red Notice Full Movie Review: Weird flick, even as it has a lot of action and funny moments still it wasn't really my thing.
Ad2 Dis I laugh yes sure I did especially with the car/motorbike chase and in some situations but the problem I had, the acting was well, how do I say. The main leads were all doing what they do best, and espescially with the Ryan jokes it reminded me a lot of Deadpool.
It's not that the acting was bad, guess it's the script.
So overall a family flick...typical netflix

Despicable Me 4 Full Movie Review: I think this falls into the same mistakes that the third one did. It was still classic Minion fun, but it didn't have a story to tell. In fact, in this one there isn't really a story. The story was just loosely tied together. In fact, it's multiple different things tied together, to make a mess of a story. That being said, I still had fun. I
thought that the different bits and pieces we got was the fun to be expected with this franchise. For me, it still had a little bit of the charm from the first two.
It isn't completely lost yet. The growth of Gru and his son was cute, but that was just about as interesting the movie got. I still had a lot of fun with the Mega Minions, I hope we can see more of them in the future. This franchise will forever be a guilty pleasure of mine.

IF Full Movie Revuew: NOT the cheesy boring movie I expected! It captivated not just my attention, but my true joy again! It awoken something inside of me! It had me on edge at first not knowing what to expect by the plot unfolding catching me by surprise at every turn. I was really concerned for the main character and felt her sorrow. The mid of the movie the main character was refreshed and renewed as her true joyful imaginative self! Ryan Reynolds is HILARIOUS yet loveable in this hyped humble adventure! Redeeming
herself not just bringing back the light to others she discovers what she's literally been missing which made all the difference. By the end of the movie I was in tears trying to dry them, but they kept pouring! It was so beautiful I was overwhelmed with joy, peace, & comfort! This by far has been the best wholesome movie that has come out in the past few years so far! I will say my ADHD child got bored half way through, but it wasn't a problem with snacks he kept getting pulled back in the mystery of IF! I feel so free spirited and free minded unbound by anything relaxing at home after watching this! If I could give more stars I would! This will be a favorite for years to come!

A Quiet Place: Day One Review: A Quiet Place was my first venture into horror when it came to watching it in a cinema. I’m a known scaredy cat, but A Quiet Place opened up my eyes to a world of horror in a way that I’ve never seen before. Your first instinct when seeing something scary is to scream, and personally for me, to binge eat some popcorn, but when watching A Quiet Place, all that goes out the window as it feels like you can’t make a single noise in the screening.
A Quiet Place is sprawling into this huge franchise, which started as one film, became two, and now has its third installment, which comes in the form of a prequel. It’s also getting its first AAA video game later this year. While it wasn’t John Krasinski’s first film as director, it was the film that gained him attention as a filmmaker, and ever since, he’s been doing an amazing job.
For its third installment, John Krasinski has stepped back from the director’s chair and instead came on as a producer, which he also was for the last two films and still helped provide this emotionally humane story for the prequel.
A Quiet Place: Day One is a prequel to A Quiet Place (2018), taking place during the first day of the alien apocalypse that we see occur in the previous films. We follow Samira (Lupita Nyong’o), a cancer patient who gets thrown into the middle of the apocalypse as she searches across New York for the one thing that will bring her happiness. On her journey are her adorable cat and Eric (Joseph Quinn), whom she comes across.
We meet Sam in a hospice, with little left to live and no idea whether she’ll be able to witness tomorrow. It’s a cold and sad opening to the film, but it sets the tone perfectly for what to expect from this film, and while it is a prequel to A Quiet Place (2018), it feels very different thematically. The previous films took their time to focus on family and survival. Survival is very much an important part of this film as well, but it takes time to focus on finding your inner peace and building these bonds with people who may very well be the last person you see or even potentially die with.

The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare Movie Review:This film delves into the largely unknown Operation Postmaster, a World War II mission declassified only recently in 2016. A mission to disable the Nazi U-Boats by blowing up the supply lines.
Whilst the film is rooted in historical fact, the narrative takes a creatively liberated and humorous approach, transforming the history into a Hollywood experience. Think, a more out there, humorous and less serious version of Inglorious Bastards.
Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare embraces a stylised version and adopts a classic style war, with trench coats, big cigars, and machine-gun massacres, almost James Bondesque feels throughout. I enjoyed the this approach and the aesthetics. Aside from the stylised nature it also presented a dry humour. Both these elements of stylised asthetics and scattered dry humour are trademarks of Guy Ritchie films.
Leading the charge is a stellar cast, spearheaded by Henry Cavill, i also seemed to have developed a celebrity crush on Eiza González, alongside my wife who was gawking at Henry we both admired the beautiful people on the screen.
The film embodies the hallmarks of a classic Guy Ritchie picture: sharp, witty dialogue laced with quintessentially dry British humor, with realistic and impeccably choreographed action sequences.
The action lives up to Guy Ritchie's reputation. Smooth camerawork and well-done fight scenes put you right in the fight, without all the jump cuts you see in other action movies these days. The dialogue is just as sharp, full of clever lines just that you would expect from Guy Ritchie.
While the film has some pretty impressive elements, a few areas could be done better. This includes the score which occasionally clashes with the scenes and while its meant to elevate, it creates an odd effect in some parts. Additionally, some characters lack depth, feeling more like caricatures than fully fleshed-out individuals. Finally, the pacing drags at times, with stretches that don't significantly contribute to the narrative flow.
Despite the negatives pointed out, i thought this film was entertaining, very well cast, with strong performances, all of which contributed to the movie fulfilling my expectations and had me leaving with a smile on my face. The movie is filled with thrills, laughs, and moments in which which you find yourself googling facts, comparing them to the depictions.
Overall, it's a fun, mindless watch, perfect for a Saturday night with mates. It does prioritises style over substance, which is typical to Guy flicks. Another GR banger in my books. 8/10

Deadpool & Wolverine Full Movie Review: I haven’t gone out of my way to see a movie in theaters (let alone on its premiere night) since the onset of the pandemic, but for some reason I just had to see Deadpool & Wolverine.
Some of the brilliance of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is that it takes what could easily be considered an obscene amount of media and puzzle-pieces it together into an overarching story.
But Deadpool isn’t your typical marvel hero, and he’s definitely not the typical type to fit under a mouse-eared, pixie-dusted umbrella.
In a lot of ways, Deadpool (and Wolverine), is given a hefty task with his third installment, which comes at a time when superhero movies are arguably at their lowest point; years of oversaturation have unquestionably taken a toll on quality and hype.
So, how did Marvel Studios – and by extension, Disney - handle the foul-mouthed, excessively-violent, fourth-wall breaking superhero? And how did they resurrect Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine after his seemingly perfect sendoff in 2017’s Logan?
The answer is actually quite well.
First things first, Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) has not been watered down; he is just as raunchy as ever. (For reference, a movie earns an R rating after two utterances of the F-word. Deadpool and Wolverine crosses that threshold in the first five minutes.)
In fact, the movie at times seemed excessively vulgar. Overdone a bit? Perhaps. But I have to admit, I enjoyed it, if only for the fact that it made me chuckle to think “This is technically a Disney movie” after every increasing F-bomb. I was happy to see that Disney and Marvel Studios did not shy away from the “Merc with a mouth” mantle.
Wolverine is still very much Wolverine, albeit with some added plot narrative attached to move the story along. It’s been over seven years since Jackman last played the cigar-smoking, liquor-drinking, adamantium-clawed mutant, but it’s clear he hasn’t missed a step.
Where the movie really shines is in its inherent self-awareness, which comes standard for Deadpool. Without spoiling too much, Deadpool & Wolverine felt almost like the glue that connects things all things Marvel movies (and I do mean ALL). Cameos (and there are quite a few of them) never felt forced.
It’s not a perfect 10/10. Though the story fits well enough into the current multiversal narrative that the MCU is trying to tell, at times the pacing seemed to drag. The film’s villains, while performed convincingly enough, are also not the most compelling, interesting, or - quite frankly – menacing that we’ve seen throughout the years.
Despite that, Deadpool & Wolverine is just plain fun; exceedingly-vulgar, sexually-charged, blood-splattering summer blockbuster fun. And truthfully, that’s what it needed to be.
Will it revitalize the super hero genre? That remains to be seen.
But Deadpool & Wolverine doesn’t take itself too seriously, and it certainly doesn’t feel like just another pitstop along the way to a bigger movie.
